All Toys "R" Us shoppers who complete the survey are eligible to participate in this study. All shoppers will receive an invitation on their receipt with all the information necessary to access the survey. Toys "R" Us and Babies "R" Us employees are not allowed to participate. Respondents must be at least 18 years of age.
- Why do you ask for my name, email address and phone number?
We collect this information on the Sweepstakes Registration page so we can notify you if you win the sweepstakes.
- Will anyone have access to my personal information?
No. Please be assured that all of your answers to the questionnaire will be aggregated and treated confidentially. Your name, e-mail address and phone number will not be used for marketing purposes as a result of this survey.
- Why do you ask background information (e.g. age, gender) in your survey?
We use this information to see whether different groups of people have different consumer experiences.
- It says my invitation has expired.
As stated on the invitation received from the store, you must submit your response by the "Please Respond By" date printed on the receipt.
